About Pluria

Pluria (Pluria - Video Chat, package com.pluria.chatwave) enables real-time messaging, video calls, and social discovery. This Notice describes how ydfhf sgjvhu ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal data when you use the Platform.

Data Categories We Process

Registration & account

• Email, optional phone number, password hash, date of birth, internal user ID
• Verification and account recovery information

Profile information

• Display name, nickname, username, avatar, profile photo, bio
• Optional gender, age range, or preference fields you provide

Messaging activity

• Text messages, threads, metadata, read receipts, timestamps
• Voice messages and file attachments in conversations

Video sessions

• Call metadata (duration, participants, connection quality)
• Media you capture or upload via video features (not recorded without consent where law prohibits)

Uploaded media

• Photos, videos, and files you send, post, or store on Pluria

Device & diagnostics

• Device model, OS, app version, language, time zone
• Device identifiers and advertising ID
• Crash reports and performance diagnostics

Network & logs

• IP address, network type, session timestamps
• Server, security, and activity logs tied to Platform use

Payments (if applicable)

• Transaction metadata from payment partners — we do not store full card numbers

How Your Data Is Used

• Platform operation — accounts, chat, video, matching, and social features
• Trust & safety — detect CSAM, CSAE, fraud, spam, harassment, and policy violations
• Account protection — prevent abuse and maintain service integrity
• Customer support — handle inquiries, privacy, and deletion requests
• Product analytics — improve features, often in aggregated or de-identified form
• Legal obligations — regulatory, tax, and lawful disclosure requirements

Disclosure to Third Parties

Right to know: You may ask whether Pluria shares your data, with whom, for what purpose, and for how long. Email sgjvhuy@gmail.com with subject "Right to Know About Data Sharing" or use Settings > Privacy & Security > Data Sharing Request. We respond within 15 business days after verification.

We may share data with:

• Service providers — hosting, analytics, support, moderation tools
• Payment processors — purchases and subscriptions
• Advertising partners — only as permitted and subject to your opt-out preferences
• Authorities — when required by law or to protect users, especially in CSAM/CSAE cases

We do not sell personal information under CCPA, VCDPA, or similar laws.

Retention Schedule

• Account & profile — while active; deleted within 30 days after confirmed deletion
• Chat & media — while active; removed on account deletion, subject to legal holds
• Payment records — up to 7 years for financial compliance
• Security & compliance logs — up to 3 years
• Support & privacy records — up to 2 years after closure
• Advertising preferences — until opt-out or deletion, then cleared within 30 days

Security Practices

• Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest for sensitive categories
• Access controls and staff training on data handling
• Monitoring, patching, and incident response procedures

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, object to processing, withdraw consent, know about sharing, and opt out of targeted advertising. Contact sgjvhuy@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days or as law requires.

Account deletion: Settings > Account > Delete Account, or see chatwave-account-removal.html. Deletion removes profile, chat history, and media except where law requires retention.

Minors & Children's Privacy

Pluria is not directed at children under 13. Registration requires a minimum age of 13; users under 18 may need parental consent in some regions. Paid and mature features require 18+. International Transfers & Policy Changes

Data may be processed outside your country using Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards. We may update this Notice; material changes will update the Last Updated date above.
